Pre-sales are not open yet

Pre-sales open Q4 2026. Until then the only thing on this site that accepts input is the pre-sale list, and it accepts an e-mail address. The prices shown against each piece are marked TBD. The cart and the checkout are there to show how the storefront works.

No order can be placed and no payment can be taken. The purchase controls are switched off and the server is the authority on that.

Intellectual property

The GACETA OFFICIAL name, the mark, the garment designs, the photography, the 3D models and the written material on this site belong to the people who make them and are protected by copyright, trademark and design rights.

You may share links to the site and quote short extracts with a link back. You may not:

• copy the garments, artwork, photography or models for commercial use;
• reproduce the site or a substantial part of it, whether by copying, mirroring, scraping or automated capture;
• use the name or the mark in a way that suggests the site, or anything on it, is yours or is endorsed by you;
• remove or obscure any credit on the site.

No affiliation

GACETA OFFICIAL has no affiliation with, and is not endorsed by, any government body. Nothing on this site is an official publication, and neither the brand nor anyone behind it speaks for any government, party or office.

There is no link between the gaceta oficial and the clothing brand.

The site links to gov.info.ve, the artist's portfolio.

Your details

There are no accounts. If you leave an address you get one e-mail when pre-sales open and nothing else. See the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, to probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us first, to use an automated process to harvest it, or to interfere with the pre-sale list or its endpoints.

When pre-sales open

This is a summary. The terms shown at checkout on the day govern, and they will be published here before any order can be taken.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy, accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty, tax or delivery charge that applies where you are.

Stock

Nothing is held for the pre-sale list. A piece can be gone by the time you are told it has arrived.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top is the version you are reading, and the version at checkout is the version your order is placed under.
